The Crimean Process initiative brings together legal experts and ordinary activists who follow court practice in Crimea and in cases against Crimeans in mainland Ukraine.
Society has the right to form its own assessment of any sphere of public life. Representatives of the Crimean Process initiative therefore attend hearings in politically motivated cases in Crimea, and in cases against Crimeans in Ukraine, on a regular basis, and evaluate the judicial system in its various aspects.
The initiative is not a political project. Its conclusions rest solely on international legal standards of fair justice.
